1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (tobacco, vapes, and related items), we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened packages, or used items. This is in line with health and safety regulations.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Wrong item received

  • Item not delivered due to an error on our part

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address

  • You changed your mind after dispatch

  • The product has been opened or used


4. Shipping Costs

In most cases of approved refunds or replacements due to our error, we cover the return shipping cost. In other scenarios, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


5. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
